We currently do not accept returns on products once they have been delivered.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only in cases where:

• You receive a damaged or defective product.

• You need a different size for the same product.

Exchange Guidelines

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The exchange request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.

• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

• Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested size or replacement product.

Shipping Charges for Exchanges

• Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchange requests.

• Any charges for sending the item back and shipping the replacement item will be borne by the customer.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

The following items cannot be exchanged:

• Products purchased during sales, promotions, or special discount offers.

• Customized, altered, or specially tailored products.
